It is our commitment is to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of your pet. Quality for us means the following:
Our aim is to make sure that your visit to the vet as pleasant as possible for you and your much loved pet
We feel that it is important that your visit to our clinic is made as pleasant as possible, not only for your pet but also for you.
We achieve this by allowing your pet the animal as much time as necessary to get acclimatized to the examination room, while at the same time giving us the opportunity to observe your pet and to discuss theirs clinical condition.
When we examine your pet, we tend to use restraining techniques as little as possible. In our experience such techniques are not necessary once you have allowed the animal the time to get settled and accustomed to its new surroundings.
We normally work by appointment only, thus avoiding long waiting times and added stress for your animal. Obviously, in cases of an emergency we will adjust our schedule accordingly.
Providing help and guidance: clear explanations and insight through sometimes (difficult) choices
We will assist our clients in providing their pets a happy and healthy life.
If your pet becomes ill, you may be confronted with the many possibilities and variety of treatment that veterinary medicine is offering today (chemotherapy, CT scans, blood transfusion, etc.). On one hand this is great and It means that we are well able to treat far more medical and surgical conditions than we use to be able to do.
On the other hand this situation is confusing for many owners. How far are you willing to go? Is it in the animal’s best interest to put them through investigative or evasive treatments? When is the quality of life for my loved animal no longer appropriate? We are here to help and support you to make these difficult decisions easier. We believe communication is very important and we will make time for it.
Offering your pet he very best veterinary care.
For this we undertake ongoing external further education and we are subscribed to all sorts of professional literature. Furthermore we share experiences with colleagues through a forum for dialogue at international level.
Our written policies and procedures mean our approach to patient care, medicine and customer care is consistent; and are updated in line with the latest advances in veterinary medicine.
